How I Use It
Each morning I set up my working day, going through what's on my task list. I will brain-dump any tasks and ideas I've had over night - dragging any cards over to the Today section that I'm going to work on that day.
Most of my tasks are driven by team meetings and graphic design requests, so as soon as anything comes my way I add it to the Tasks list. I always ask if there is a due date and what the priority level is - this helps to manage workloads and shift items round when urgent tasks come in.
Once a task has been completed, simply check the Done box and the filters will remove it from the planner!
Multiple Views
I have created multiple views in this planner. I work primarily in Board View - switching to Calendar View when I need to see my tasks in a more 'visual' way.
The Completed Tasks View allows you to see any tasks that you have previously completed - allowing you to track down any notes you may have written in then.
The Calendar View is a perfect way to see and plan your tasks in a more visual format - allowing you to click and drag cards to change the due date. You can also add new tasks in on this view too!
